BOAT DESCRIPTION
Built in June 2006 & bought at the fall boat show. Only one all-too-short season of sailing on Lk St. Clair MI. Ideal family cruiser, stable and easy to sail.

Exterior is fiberglass and stainless steel for easy maintenance. Only the companionway boards are teak. Wing keel. Fit and finish is excellent, with no fiberglass burrs and with all plumbing clearly marked.

Sails: 130% Genoa, roller furling, with in-mast roller furling main. All lines lead to cockpit, easy to single hand.

Electronics: Depth and Knot meter, wind indicator; fish finder, radar, autopilot & GPS all integrated into a single display; Ray Marine E80 display with chart card for entire Great Lakes and Northeast waters. Tank monitor for fresh water and holding tank. VHF radio with remote cockpit mike.
Tankage: Fuel: 25 gal; Fresh water: 77 gals; Holding tank: 27 gals.
Entertainment electronics: Clarion AM/FM/CD player with salon and cockpit speakers; can be controlled from both the cockpit and salon. Has connection for iPod. DVD player/LCD screen in salon with remote control.
Amenities: V-berth forward and queen size aft cabin, both with innerspring mattresses, firm and comfortable, with fitted sheets; sleeps 4 comfortably. Salon has micro-fiber seat covers, repels water and is easy to clean. Salon table can be lowered to form another berth, which together with the settee, provides 6 berths. Full head with integral shower. 6 opening side ports and two opening overhead hatches provide good air flow. Aft cabin has one covered hatch and one opeing port for additional airflow.
Galley: Pressurized hot and cold water, with twin deep sinks (helpful when the boat heels); propane oven and two burner stove. Microwave oven. Top loading refrigerator/freezer (definitely keeps things cold).
On Deck: Garhaur traveler and line stoppers; Lewmar self-tailing two-speed winches; folding cockpit table; Edson pedestal with compass and folding wheel; swim platform and ladder with easy access off the cockpit; Bimini; propane locker in the cockpit. Hot and cold cockpit shower. Electric anchor winch.
Safety equipment: Two fire extinguishers, one in cockpit, one in galley; flares; two horns; life vests; throwable life sling, cockpit mounted.
