The boat is in very good condition and it presently located in Little Current Ontario ,Canada

We have owned the boat for 13 years and we boated in the Great Lake only.

Equipment: Starting at the bow and working back it has a power anchor with 200 feet of chain attached and an extra anchor with 200 feet of rode and chain attached.

On the bridge you will find a GPS Garmin 2100, Compass. and a fully enclosed bridge. There is a VHF radio located on the bridge and one located in the cabin.

Inside the cabin you will find a very nicely appointed cabin with 2 sleeping quarters with there own bathrooms. There is a full operating station with radar an a compass and VHF radio in the main cabin along with a galley with a micro wave and large fridge. The boat is equipped with A.C. and electric heaters with controllers. There is also a T.V and a AM and FM radio. There is also plenty of storage for those who like to be out on the water for long periods of time. It truly is a great boat to cruise with or just travel out on day excursions.

The interior of the boat has no damage nor does the outside and no repairs have been made to the hull. The boat has anti fouling paint which is renewed each season. There is a good size back deck with a siding back door to enter the cabin. The engine compartment is in very good condition also and the is a Owan 9.5 kw generator located in the back of the engine compartment. The boat holds 300 US gallons of fuel and presently I get about 1 mile per gallon or better. I also have a dingy and a 15 hp outboard that would or could be available. There is teak wood, but not a lot and is in good condition also. The overall boat is in great condition and needs a new home as we are R,.V. ING and not in need of a boat this size.
