Central Cockpit sailboat designed by Bruce Roberts. Generously roomy salon with the navigation table area and dinette on port and the galley on starboard. Dinette table is surrounded by custom cushioned settees in a C shape with ample storage behind and under the settees. The very large starboard galley goes all the way to under the port side of the cockpit. There are plenty of lockers for storage at the upper side of port and starboards as well as cabinets under sink and galley counter. The spacious main head, on port has a manual toilet, medicine cabinet, basin with pressure hot/cold water and a hand held shower. The forward V cabin has a double bed, a single bunk over the bed on port and a baby bunk over on starboard. There are sizeable hanging lockers on both sides and suffiecient storage under the bed and at the forward V under the anchor box. There is a cudd cabin with a single bed under the starboard side of the cockpit leading to aft.
The aft cabin has a double bed, generous hanging lockers on both port and starboard as well as a private head arranged in suite. This 2nd bath also has a manual toilet, medicine cabinet, basin with pressure hot and cold water and a hand held shower is to starboard. The aft cabin has plenty of storage space under the bed. There are two 24inchx24inch vent hatches over the main cabin, one 24inchx24inch vent hatch over the main head, one 24x24 vent hatch over the fwd cabin, 2 24x12 vent hatches over the aft cabin and small vent hatch on the aft bathroom. Boat shows a lot of wood paneling with redwood mahogany finishing. All in very good condition. Hull and deck painted(awlgrip) in 2004. Antifouling coating as of April 2007
