Accommodations
Boat sleeps 6 in two staterooms with double beds and a drop down double in the galley. There are 2 heads with electric flush Raritan PHEII toilets, each head has a shower with the aft head having a tub and shower set up with LetraSan waste treatment unit, forward is a wet head. Two a/c units, one 16,000btu Ocean Breeze (new in 08) and one 12,000btu CruiseAir. Salon has new furniture and a new flat mount Sylvania TV (new in 08) on the starboard wall with new digital directional antenna.
Galley
Microwave, 3 burner Princess electric stove (new in 2007), 2 compartment stainless sink and oven along apartment size refrigerator. Dinette is across on the starboard side with seating for 6.
Electronics and Nav Equipment
Lower station – VHF Quest (new in 2007) with DCS, Loran, Raymarine 24 mile radar (factory serviced 2007), Danforth compass, destroyer wheel, full instruments and motor controls. Upper station – VHF Quest (new in 2007) with DCS, auto pilot, Si-Tex digital depth, Lowrance GPS with chip covering from Brownsville TX to the West Coast of FL, Danforth compass, full instruments including bilge alarm light, generator operating light, engine alarm lights and fuel filter alarm lights. Also new on the upper station is the B&M helm seat.
Electrical
Two 30 amp inlets with two 30 amp 50’ shore power cords, full 12 volt system, 7.5 kw Onan Generator, 2 new starting batteries, 2 new house golf cart batteries, new generator battery, windlass battery. Full electrical panel for both shore power and DC.
Deck
Stainless hand rails and stanchions, electric windlass, fenders, anchor with 25’ of chain and 270’ rope rode, all fiberglass decks. Large aft deck is a cruisers dream with plenty of sitting area and a new in 07 propane rail mounted BBQ grill.

2 new Jim Buoy 24” ring throw buoys mounted on the port and starboard cabin sides. Full flare and safety kit. Jabsco bilge pumps are diaphragm design with one manual gusher type. Main bilge pump has new Johnson electronic switch, other has rule float switch. Escape hatches, Atkins and Hoyle, in both the forward and aft staterooms.
Dingy
New in 07 and never used. 9.5 foot inflatable with hard wood floor over inflatable keel. Evinrude 3 hp engine.

Complete bottom job with 5 barrier coats in 07, new hull paint in 07, new headliner over aft deck in 08, new binimi, new front window sunbrella cover, new front hatch cover, new carpet throughout in 08. Boat is in great shape and ready to cruise. Engines run smooth and start quickly, all systems in very good operating condition. This boat is ready to cruise where ever you want to take her. Very economical to operate with only 2.5 gph fuel consumption. Vessel is US Coast Guard documented number 630204.
