Break Away, is a classic Cherubini design sloop in excellent condition. The suite of upgrades and improvements made by the owner, many not described in this document, make this sloop a complete sail away adventure. Step the mast, connect the electronics and enjoy the spring 2010 sailing season with no work prior to launch. The whole interior has been re-stained and varnished or cleaned and painted in 2009. Non skid areas on the deck have been redone in Kiwi Grip and smooth gel-coat areas of deck and cockpit have been compounded and then waxed. Hull above the water line was cleaned, polished and below the water line, the hull has been completely sanded and three coats of black anti-fouling paint have been applied.
All halyards, sheets, reefing, and furling lines are organized on the cabin top making one person operation easy and safe. Sail control and generous ballast to displacement ratio (43%) make the boat fast yet stable. Auxiliary power is provided by a safe and reliable marine Yanmar inboard diesel, combined with wheel steering, making manoeuvrability simple and easy to master.

Delivery in the Maritime provinces can be arranged.
Two (1998 and 2003) USSA Registered condition and valuation surveys are available for review.
