BOAT DESCRIPTION
Terrific Summer Cruising and Outfitted for Year Round Live Aboard. Custom Interior with Winter Heat
This yacht has been well maintained and is perfect for real live-aboard use as well as cruising. The bridge has updated Ray marine GPS plotter with radar, a newer Uniden radio with hailer and automated fog horn. Topsides (bridge & stern deck) are protected with a canvas & isenglass enclosure and includes recently installed wall to wall carpeting. Entering in via the main doorway/hatch you come to the salon which was renovated and includes recently installed wall to wall carpeting, moveable lounge chair and 2 sectional couch segments, coffee table, TV cabinet and wine/glass cabinet. Arrange the furniture as YOU wish. Aft is the master stateroom/bedroom which features a house-queen sized mattress and ample storage closets and drawers. The aft-head/bathroom features a fresh water flush head/toilet, sink/vanity with ample storage space, and a Jacuzzi style tub/shower (approx size 4'x4' wide!). Forward of the salon is the galley, which features recently upgraded large refrigerator and separate freezer, 3 burner electric stove top, oven, microwave oven, double stainless steel sink, built-in coffee maker and trash storage. The galley includes ample storage as well, and also includes a closet with a built-in vacuum cleaner. The forward head/bathroom features a salt-water flush toilet (with recently upgraded waste lines), vanity/sink with ample storage. The forward stateroom/bedroom includes a thick mattress, storage closet and cupboards, drawers and a vanity sink with mirror. The CAT diesel engines have been well maintained and 'start on a dime'. The bottom paint was baking-soda blasted off/cleaned in the fall 2008, and 2 epoxy/barrier coats of paint were applied prior to 2 coats of bottom paint. All zincs were replaced at this time as well. The WINTER heating system is a HURRICANE by "ITR" diesel heating system (boiler) which provides a loop of forced hot water to all rooms (including the engine room - no engine winterizing needed while the boiler is running!). Each room (salon, staterooms) have their own individual heating controls (heat is also provided to both heads).
A survey was completed in November 2008 for insurance purposes and is available for serious inquires.

TESTIMONIALS
Thanks for the help! Boat was sold last week and you can remove the listing. I got more action from your web site than either of the brokers that had the boat listed. Thanks, 32 +2 Albin Wilbraham,Mass Having just sold my Maine Cat 30 to a buyer who found my boat on ABL, I want to thank Glen and ABL for offering such a economical and fine service to boat sellers. The boat was sold for an amount very close to the asking price. I listed my boat on several boating magazines as well as ABL. I got many serious responses from the ABLlisting and very few from the magazines. If I ever have another boat to sell, I would list it with Glen on ABL with no hesitation.
