This Catalina is in excellent condition, it is a one owner, never smoked in, fresh water boat. It has been maintained to the highest standards & has a long list of extras. This 42 has roller furling headsail & Main with battens, it is easily sailed solo but great with two. It will be in the water until November 3, then into heated storage in Bay City, Michigan. I have ordered a Catalina 445, if you are seriously considering a 42MKII, this is a must see.
