Electrical: 2 Brand new batteries, one new in 06, New Raritan converter, all wires replaced in 98, Raritan automatic battery charger, Dockside electrical cords (2), Kohler 8kw generator with 250 hours, 12v DC/110v AC electrical system.

Electronics and Navigation Systems: Danforth 4" compass, Apelco Fish Finder XCD250, Raytheon Pathfinder with 24 mile range, Icom IC-M45, Raytheon Pathfinder/GPS chart plotter.

Boat is perfect for living aboard being very spacious with tons of storage. Would make a great apartment if not interested in boating for a truly fun way of living! For 8.00 a foot (average price in a marina here in Ft Myers you can live aboard for 320.00 a month including cable tv, water and pump out fees and about 50.00 in the summer for electrical.
