Adding a YouTube Video to your Used Boat Listing
Monday, September 10th, 2007
Video listings give potential buyers new perspective on your used boat. By following the simple steps below, you can post a video along side your images and description to help generate more interest in your boat.

VIEW A LISTING WITH VIDEO »

To get started, you must have a digital version of your video on your computer. ABLBoats.com uses the very popular and easy to use Google owned "YouTube" to upload and convert videos. For help and information about the size and type requirements, visit http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/topic.py?topic=10524
AND for a short video on how to upload a video, produced by YouTube, click here

Go to "www.YouTube.com" and login http://www.youtube.com/signup (or create a free account with their very short signup process)

Click Upload Video. Fill out some basic descriptive information about your posting. (As a bonus, put a link to your listing on ABLBoats.com in case someone finds your video and wants to learn more.)

Browse for your video and click upload. YouTube will transfer and convert the file (this can take a few minutes depending on the size of your video). On completion, you will need to copy the "Embed" code located below your video.

Login to your ABL account. Go to edit details. Paste the entire "Embed" in the "YouTube Video Embed" box, and click save.

What is your plan this Fall Season?
Keep on boating, same usage as the summer.
Focus on end-of-season maintenance, less usage.
Take a break, no usage!
Sell my boat, to buy a new one.
